ADEELA ALVEZ
Adeela was licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2010 as a Paralegal. Adeela graduated with honours with a Graduate Certificate as an Immigration Consultant from Humber College in 2011, she has also completed her Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University. ​

Over the years Adeela has assisted many clients before the Small Claims Court, Landlord and Tenant Board, Ontario Court of Justice for Highway Traffic cases and Criminal (Summary Convictions) cases. She specializes in litigation, and regularly represents individuals and businesses facing issues such as Breach of Contract, Breach of Warranty, and Property Damage. A significant portion of her litigation clients are contractors or subcontractors, who are faced with legal issues involving Breach of Trust claims, Faulty Workmanship, and disputes in connection to the Agreement. Adeela also dedicates her time to Mediation, she enjoys learning about the reality of human perspective, and appreciates the challenge in facilitating a discussion between disputing parties towards a resolution. ​

Adeela was selected to be an instructor at triOS College for the Law Clerk Program in 2012; she began teaching for the Paralegal Program in 2014. Adeela has developed courses for both the Law Clerk and Paralegal Program. She enjoys teaching, and throughout her experience she has developed different methods that encompasses developmental procedures and practical delivery of the most complex course topics; simplifying it for each student's learning style.
